How to buy

Have you decided which toy you want? We would like to mention that if you can’t find something you like on our web, we can design a special toy for you: you shall write us and describe the toy you would like to have and we will design it together.

We can send the toy by post, and the delivery is included in the final price if you live in Spain. It will be a national certificated delivery which takes 4 days. If you want an international or urgent delivery, you should pay for it.

But first of all, which toy would you like to have? What is his/her name?

Our idea consists on making personal toys: you may choose the model and that tell us the colour, the accessories, the eyes, etc. We are making each toy for each person, so it could take us at least 3 days, but we also have some toys in stock. We are able to send you these toys the same day you contact us.

As soon as you have decided the toy you would like to have, write us by email, WhatsApp or social networks to let us know you are interested in our product.

If you would like to have a personalised toy, describe us the details: which colour he/she should be, how his/her eyes, clothes, accessory, etc. should be, etc.

We are going to start making the toy and we will send you the photos as soon as he or she is ready. Only then, if you like the toy, you will send us the money by bank transfer, Bizum or PayPal and we will send you the toy by post.

As you are buying by internet, according to the Spanish legislation you will have 14 days of desisting and refund of your money. But we hope you like the toy and he or she could find a new home in your house 😊
